Challenge
Language learners perform well in apps but struggle to speak naturally in real life conversations due to lack of context, timing, and informal speech.
Approach
Designed an AI powered, scenario based conversation experience that adapts in real time to how people actually speak, informed by user interviews, concept testing, and language learning research.
Results
Early testing showed strong preference over generic language apps, higher motivation to practice, and a clearer bridge between app-based learning and real world speaking.
